ALL sponsor keynote and breakout presentations are due by end-of-day Monday, February 5. Please email your final PowerPoint file to SponsorNSM@technologent.com.

VENDOR FAIR INFORMATION

Our Vendor Fair & Celebration will take place on Wednesday, February 21.

How to correctly set up your lead scanning app during vendor fair:

  1. Designate a team member that will be responsible for scanning badges - make sure this person has completed their NSM registration and is identified as the company lead scanner: NSM 2024 Sponsor Registration Page
  2. Between February 12 - 16, your team's designated lead scanner will receive an email from Lee Yates (lee.yates@technologent.com) with the subject line: "Get ready to gather leads at NSM 2024 - Vendor Fair (Wed, Feb 21)"

  3. Open this email and click on either the Apple/iOS app store button or the Android/Google app store button towards the bottom of the message, depending on your mobile device, and download the Cvent LeadCapture app. You can also download the app any time before NSM with the links below:
  4. In the email, there will be a code with the text "ACCESS CODE" in front of it. Once the Cvent app is fully downloaded onto your mobile device, copy and paste this code when prompted to on the Cvent app

  5. START SCANNING YOUR LEADS WITH THE APP!

SHIPPING/PACKAGE HANDLING

Due to limitations in secured storage space, the Pendry will only accept packages as follows:

  • Boxes/packages may be sent for scheduled arrival a maximum of 72 hours prior to Group arrival.
  • In regard to your giveaway merch, please send quantities to a target audience of 300 people.
  • Boxes/packages must be marked with the following:
    Exhibiting / Sponsor Company Name
    Exhibitor / Sponsor Contact Person
    Technologent NSM 2024 / Feb 20-23
    Additional special instructions: (hold for guest arrival, deliver to...)

***Please note: All boxes must include this information above, otherwise you will risk not receiving items or experience delayed delivery of items to your booth***
