Event check-in will be located at the Sheraton's lily pond, 1st floor - across from the hotel's check-in desk, near the escalators; Technologent signage leading from the hotel's valet to the lily pond to help guide you.

HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY

In consideration of attendees, please do not attend NSM if you are feeling unwell.

WELCOME RECEPTION & VENDOR FAIR CELEBRATION - TUESDAY, FEB 18

Our Welcome Reception and Vendor Fair Celebration will take place on Tuesday, February 18 starting at 4:00pm for participating sponsors.

For your sponsorship, your company will receive a high-top table and custom tablecloth with your logo (pictured right) during the vendor fair. 

For those interested in additional table space, a 6-foot sponsor table available upon request. Please reach out to: sponsorNSM@technologent.com.

Regarding SWAG and other giveaway items: In the coming weeks, please keep an eye out for an email from Technologent's NSM 2025 team (subject line: "NSM SWAG Catalog Action Required") regarding a preselect item catalog you will have the opportunity to choose from. These SWAG items will be drop shipped to attendees post-event.

This preselected catalog is being implemented to reduce the need to ship or bring additional materials to NSM 2025. This will help ensure both your company's attendees and Technologent employees have enough luggage space to accommodate your needs when travelling to and from Honolulu, Hawaii.

INBOUND SHIPPING & STORAGE: 

• Shipments to arrive no earlier than 2/13/25. Shipments that arrive outside of this timeframe will be subject to a storage fee.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING & STORAGE: 

• ​MANDATORY: All exhibitors to arrange with own courier the pick-up time and location of their boxes, after Welcome Reception/Vendor Fair on Tuesday February 18th.
  Pre-printed return shipment labels MUST be affixed to all return boxes by Wednesday, Feb 19. Location and pick up time for boxes will be available soon.

This year, Technologent is making it easier than ever to connect at the conference with our new app!   A: Sponsor attendees are responsible for arranging all travel to and from NSM 2025.

• Q: Are spouses, children and/or guests allowed to attend NSM 2025?

  A: Sponsor attendees are not permitted to bring any guests to NSM 2025 events or activities.

• Q: What is the agenda for NSM 2025?

  A: Please refer to the tentative agenda that is listed above on this page. 

• Q: What kind of attire should I plan to pack for this meeting?

  A: Attire for all NSM 2025 events is "Hawaiian casual", but please do not wear flip flops, bathing suits or tank tops. Please look up the expected weather during NSM and plan accordingly.

• Q: Can I attend any other coordinated events related to NSM?

  A: Sponsor attendees are ONLY allowed to attend NSM 2025 events or activities that their sponsor level is permitted to. Please refer to the tentative agenda that is listed above on this page for these details.
