Sponsor Setup: 10AM - 12PM

Sponsor Arrival: 3:30PM - 4PM

• You will be given an assigned time to arrive and complete set-up

  • Valet will be available

• If shipping items, you will find your shipment at your vendor 6 ft table

  • Please prepare for 250 guests

• Bring ~6 ft table linen, tabletop swag, table raffle items (OPTIONAL)

Shipping Dates: 

• No earlier than Thursday, October 16th and no later than Wednesday, October 22nd

• Please provide tracking numbers for any incoming shipments as soon as you receive them
